Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Handle end to end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Focus on mass hiring activities, particularly for promoter positions across various regions.
- Collaborate closely with the Hiring Manager to understand manpower needs and ensure timely fulfilment.
- Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline within the FMCG industry.
- Manage job postings and recruitment channels to attract qualified candidates.
- Maintain candidate databases and ensure accurate documentation.
- Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment events when needed.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Map talent pools across industries and competitors, particularly for niche or hard to fill roles, and gather insights on hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability in different markets.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition/Recruiter in FMCG or similar industries (fresh graduate are encouraged to apply).
- Proven experience in mass hiring.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work in a fast paced environment and handle multiple positions simultaneously.
- Familiar with using various recruitment platforms and tools.
- Team player with high initiative and result-oriented mindset.
- Highly organized, detail oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to analyse and resolve problems.
- A collaborative team player with a strong willingness to learn.
