Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Conducting end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, and scheduling interviews.
Support onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
Help organize and execute employee engagement activities and initiatives.
Maintain and update employee records and databases.
Contribute to HR documentation, including policies, SOPs, and reports.
Assist in managing internal communications and promoting a positive work culture.

Kualifikasi

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition
Strong organizational and interpersonal abilities.
Excellent communication skills in English and Indonesian (both verbal and written).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with tools like Google Workspace.
Passion for people management and creating a positive workplace culture.
