Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle from job requisition to offer stage for mid to senior-level roles.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies through job boards, social media, referrals, and talent networks.
- Screen and assess candidate profiles to ensure alignment with role requirements and company values.
- Coordinate and lead interviews with hiring teams and provide guidance on candidate selection.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, role requirements, and workforce planning.
- Advise on best practices in talent acquisition, including market insights and hiring trends.
- Ensure a high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment process.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 year of experience in Talent Acquisition
- Strong organizational and interpersonal abilities.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Indonesian (both verbal and written).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with tools like Google Workspace.
- Passion for people management and creating a positive workplace culture.
