Deskripsi Pekerjaan
• Create job descriptions as required
• Advertise available roles, screen applicants and arrange interviews
• Arrange and manage onboarding and induction programmes
• Assist with regular team building events or employee engagement events
• Stay up to date with changes in employment laws and legislation
Kualifikasi
• Previous experience in an HR team or completed study for HR
• Proficient with HR systems and Microsoft Office
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and multitasking skills
• Able to be proactive and operate with minimal guidance
• Highly organized with ability to manage time well
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia language and advanced/expert in English language
