Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Prepare job vacancies to be submitted to superiors
- Display information on job vacancies in various media as needed
- monitor the level of response obtained from prospective applicants to support efforts to obtain qualified candidates.
- Sort/screen applicant data received according to the established criteria to facilitate the selection process.
- Arrange the schedule in the selection process, including written tests, interviews, health tests, etc.
- contact and invite candidates who have passed each selection stage, so that the selection process can run smoothly according to plan.
- Coordinate the provision of facilities and infrastructure for each selection stage (for example, test/interview rooms, test materials, clinics for health tests, etc.), so that facilities and infrastructure are available according to needs on time.
- Announce the results of the selection to various related parties (for example, applicants, and users) and inform the next stages of the process that must be followed by prospective new employees, to provide clarity.
- Carry out introduction/induction training for new employees, to help these employees quickly go through the transition period to a new environment.
- Coordinate administrative documents, employee identities (such as employee cards), and work infrastructure (such as access cards, laptops, work desks, and chairs, etc.) and ensure that data has been inputted into the ITSEC employee database, for orderly administration.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year in Recruitment
- Educational background in Psychology, Computer Science, or a related discipline
- Knows the recruitment process
- Knows the selection process (tools test, interview method)
- Knows applicable regulations/laws
- Experience in the technology industry will be a plus
