Deskripsi Pekerjaan
• Assist in sourcing and screening potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Conduct initial phone screenings and schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates.
• Support recruiters in drafting job descriptions and posting job advertisements.
• Maintain and update the candidate database (ATS) with relevant information.
• Communicate with candidates regarding job opportunities, interview schedules, and feedback.
• Research industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Kualifikasi
• Final-year student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Understanding of psychological assessment tools.
• Able to join immediately.
