Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, interview scheduling)
- Source and identify potential candidates through various platforms
- Conduct initial CV screening and shortlisting based on requirements
- Coordinate interview processes with candidates and internal team
- Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment tracker
- Support employer branding initiatives (job posts, career content, etc.)
- Assist in administrative tasks related to hiring and onboarding
Kualifikasi
- Fresh graduate or final-year student (preferably from Psychology, Management, or related field)
- Available for full-time, Work From Office (Surabaya)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Proactive and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Familiar with LinkedIn or recruitment platforms is a plus
- Basic understanding of recruitment process is a plus, but not mandatory
