Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Intern plays a pivotal role in supporting recruitment and onboarding activities for non-managerial roles to attract, select, and integrate high-quality talent aligned with the company’s growth objectives. Operating within the HCD Division, this role ensures a seamless candidate and new hire experience to support workforce readiness and organizational excellence.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in posting job openings on various job boards and company platforms.
- Review resumes and applications to screen potential candidates.
- Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and interest.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Manage candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
- Assist in employer branding activities, including job fairs.
- Support onboarding activities, including preparing documents and coordinating orientation sessions.
- Participate in recruitment events, career fairs, and campus hiring activities.
- Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team as needed.
- Assist with any ad-hoc recruitment projects or initiatives.
Kualifikasi
Job Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong interest in talent acquisition and recruitment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
