- Participating in all phases of the Talent Acquisition process: gather position requirements from TA team, promote open positions via job portals, conduct screening, recruitment, assessment, candidate relationship management, and onboarding process for mass hiring PKHL
- Support the creation and posting of job descriptions on various platforms
- Maintain and update candidate data in the data base
- Conduct initial phone screenings and provide feedback to the hiring team
- Prepare recruitment reports and analytics
Kualifikasi
- Undergraduate or Postgraduate currently pursuing a Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration and related fields.
- Strong interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human capital management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with job portal such as LinkedIn, jobstreet express, facebook job posting,
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
