About the Role
Youâll play a key role in helping us find, assess, and hire the next generation of great talent for Dealls, KantorKu, and SejutaCita. As part of the People team, youâll learn how fast-scaling companies recruit â from candidate sourcing to final interviews â and gain firsthand experience in startup hiring operations.

What Youâll Do
- Source and screen potential candidates across multiple platforms.
- Coordinate interview schedules and maintain communication with applicants.
- Support end-to-end recruitment processes for different functions (tech, business, marketing, etc.).
- Manage and update candidate databases and job postings.
- Assist with employer branding initiatives such as career events or social media content.
- Provide regular hiring progress updates to the People team.
