Internship Duration: 3-6 months
Key Responsibilities
- Provide operational and administrative support for Talent Management processes
- Collect, clean, and organize HR data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Assist in the recruitment process, including scheduling and administrative tasks for interviews
- Create visually engaging reports and dashboards using Excel to track key HR metrics and KPIs
- Contribute to ad-hoc projects as needed
Kualifikasi
- Recent graduates from any major, preferably HR, Management, Psychology, or related fields
- Strong attention to detail and familiarity with data processing tools (Excel, spreadsheets, etc.)
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to transform data into actionable insights
- Collaborative and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment
- Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Ready to start ASAP is highly preferred
