1. Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology
2. Experienced at least 4 years in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition
3. Max. 32 years old
4. Tech Savvy
5. Keep up with the latest development on assessment tools.
6. Certified Assessor has an advantage.
