Support end-to-end recruitment process (CV screening, interview, scheduling, etc.)
Maintain recruitment tracker and candidate database
Support employer branding initiatives, including developing content ideas, creating, taking, and editing social media content, career page updates, and campus hiring activities
Support recruitment events and internal HR activities

Final-year student or fresh graduate (Psychology, HR, Management, Communication, or related field)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
Familiar with LinkedIn, job portals, and social media
Basic Microsoft Excel skills
Proficient in Adobe, Canva, CapCut, or other editing tools is a plus
Available for 3–6 months internship
