Established in early 2022, AlloFresh is a joint venture company between Bukalapak, an all-commerce unicorn company, and Trans Retail Indonesia, a giant retail company under CT Corp Group. AlloFresh focuses on providing fast delivery across Indonesia. We offers a wide range of products to meet the diverse needs of our customers. Now we're currently looking for a BPA Junior Manager to be a part of our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from job description creation to onboarding.
- Source, screen, and assess candidates through multiple channels (e.g., job portals, referrals) and conduct initial interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring teams and ensure a seamless candidate experience with clear communication and timely feedback.
- Maintain a talent pipeline for current and future needs, while staying informed on recruitment trends and best practices.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, provide strategic recommendations, and optimize recruitment processes through metrics analysis.
Kualifikasi
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment. Knowledge of the e-grocery industry or retail sector is a plus.
- Strong understanding of the full recruitment cycle and various sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
- Passion for building teams and contributing to the success of a growing startup.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
