Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Responsible for training and onboarding sellers and partners to the Jubelio platform and ensuring that the process is smooth and successful
- Maintain relationships with customers and help customers solve technical and non-technical problems
- Raise and resolve technical issues and ensure that resolve times in the onboarding process remain at their best
- Perform daily follow-up to customers regarding the onboarding process, and provide the necessary support during and after the onboarding process
- Organize customer schedules for training
- Determine and evaluate the effectiveness of the entire training and onboarding process and suggest improvements to the process
Kualifikasi
- Min Education Bachelor/Diploma or equal
- Minimum 1 - 2 years experience as Implementer, Trainer, Customer Onboarding, or related position, previous experience from e-commerce or SaaS company is a huge advantage
- Good proficiency in operating Ms. Office (Ms, Word, MS. Excel).
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer focus and ability to manage customer expectations.
- Ability to blend creativity, problem solving, and technical skills to sustain successful customer relationships.
- Excellent teamwork and time management skills.
