Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Document business processes, workflows, and system logic in a clear and consistent format.
- Create and maintain documentation, such as SOP, System Requirement, and User Manuals
- Work with system developers and operational users to align documentation with real practices.
- Maintain version control and updates for system and process documentation.
- Support reviews to ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and up to date.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3rd-year student or recent graduate in Engineering Degree.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of system development and integration.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Basic understanding of process modelling, SLDC.
- Knowledge on Google Sheet and Excel is a must.
- Placement in Darmawangsa, South Jakarta.
