Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders (business users, product team, and developers) to define system requirements.
- Design system architecture, including decomposition of monolithic systems into microservices.
- Define and manage API specifications using Swagger/OpenAPI (API-first approach).
- Ensure secure integration between On-Premise systems and Public Cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Create system flow diagrams, data flow diagrams, and technical documentation.
- Work closely with developers to ensure proper implementation of system design.
- Perform impact analysis for system changes and enhancements.
- Support testing activities (SIT/UAT) and ensure requirements are met.
- Identify system improvement opportunities for scalability, performance, and security.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Informatics Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a System Analyst / IT Business Analyst / Solution Analyst.
- Strong understanding of system design, SDLC, and Agile methodology.
- Experience in microservices architecture and distributed systems.
- Hands-on experience with API design (RESTful services, Swagger/OpenAPI).
- Familiar with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Understanding of Docker and Kubernetes is a strong advantage.
- Strong knowledge of RDBMS (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, etc.).
- Able to create technical documentation (BRD, FSD, API Spec, UML diagrams).
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
