Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Analyze specifications and requirements from the product team or users.
- Translate requirements into technical tasks for Backend Engineers, Frontend Engineers, and Testers/QA to ensure project execution aligns with expectations.
- Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans proactively.
- Evaluate existing project plans and schedule meetings to discuss necessary improvements.
- Stay updated with industry trends and technological advancements.
- Prepare project progress reports and deliver presentations to stakeholders.
- Ensure all tasks are carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Strong analytical skills to interpret system requirements and business needs.
- Ability to effectively communicate technical tasks to development and testing teams.
- Experience in risk assessment and contingency planning.
- Strong organizational skills to review project plans and coordinate meetings.
- Proactive approach to staying informed about industry trends and best practices.
- Excellent report-writing and presentation skills for stakeholder communication.
- Adherence to company policies and best practices in project execution.
