Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Support Energy Management activities including audits, training and execution assistance where needed.
Support other environmental activities related to Lear’s supply chain where needed
Monitor the effectiveness of implementation the appropriate ESG management system (Policies, Process, Procedures and Guides) and provide for their updating in line with changes in laws, regulations and corporate directives;
Review corporate activities and ensure compliance with ESG Policies, Management Plans and Procedures;
Provide guidance and advice to the Country HR teams on the requirements of identifying and implementing local ESG related laws and regulations and monitor the compliance;
Supports the Management in driving the education, communication and implementation of the ESG management system across the company.

Kualifikasi

Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Social Sciences, or related field.
At least 2 years of applicable work experience in a related field.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (both oral & written).
Strong understanding of ESG frameworks
Experience in data analysis, calculating environmental impacts, and social impact reporting
