  • Responsible for managing and leading the collection team to achieve the company's performance targets
  • The team members training, counseling and on-site inspection management, to ensure the normal order of work
  • Responsible for planning and arranging the daily work of the team
  • lmprove staff enthusiasm and work skills, to ensure the healthy operation of the team and the overall improvement
  • Internal and external communication and coordination to ensure smooth operation
  • Build and strengthen the collection team, personnel selection and equipment, training plan implementation tracking, enhance the overall business level of team members
  • Cross-departmental communication work and other work assigned by the leadership


  • Excellence skill in Mandarin
  • More than 3 years of local operations management or team management experience
  • Bachelor's Degree majoring in statistics, management, finance will be prioritized
  • Have experience in collection management and government relations would be a plus
  • Have good communication skills,work well underpressure, strong sense of responsibility, work proactively, have excellen account collection skills,and ability to improve team
