Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Develop and execute supply strategies to align with business demand and minimize disruptions.
- Monitor stock levels, lead times, and occupancies to prevent shortages and overstock situations.
- Identify potential supply chain risks and implement contingency plans to maintain operational stability.
- Work closely with Demand Planning, Commercial, Campaign, Operations, Data, and Product teams to align supply with business needs.
- Utilize data analytics to track supply performance, forecast supply accuracy, and improve overall efficiency.
- Drive initiatives to optimize processes, reduce costs, and improve productivity.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory management or a related field within the supply chain, experience in Consulting would be preferred.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without direct authority.
- Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
- Experience with inventory forecasting, demand planning, and inventory optimization techniques.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.
- Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
- Experience in Retail or FMCG would be a plus.
