We are a fast-growing consumer company building trusted products for families across Indonesia. As we expand rapidly across multiple categories, we’re strengthening our supply planning team to ensure every product gets made and delivered on time. You’ll play a crucial role in keeping our supply chain running smoothly and reliably during this next phase of growth.
What You’ll Own
- Material & Distribution Planning: Plan raw and packaging material requirements and coordinate with the FG Supply Planner to align ETA and production readiness. Execute replenishment plans to ensure optimal inventory at each warehouse.
- PO & Supplier Management: Track and follow up purchase orders, resolve shortages, and flag potential supply risks early to maintain 95%+ material availability.
- Data Accuracy & System Hygiene: Maintain and update planning master data (MOQ, lead time, BOM) to ensure reliability of planning tools and dashboards.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Demand Planner, Logistics, and Suppliers to resolve exceptions and prepare NPD launches on time.
- Reporting & Alerts: Support KPI reporting, inventory tracking, and early warning systems for exceptions and service issues.
What Success Looks Like (6–12 Months)
- Maintain 95%+ material availability across all SKUs.
- Fewer than 5 critical supply exceptions per month through proactive follow-up and escalation.
- 100% on-time readiness for NPD and relaunch projects, including supplier and material alignment.
- Accurate, reliable data in all planning systems—no more than 2% master data error rate.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and prevent repeat supply risks through structured follow-up analysis.

Seniority & Scope This is an individual contributor (IC) role reporting to the Senior Supply Planner. You will collaborate daily with Demand Planning, Logistics, and external suppliers to ensure smooth material flow and accurate planning execution.
