- Answering and resolving customers' inquiries based on SOP
- Providing the best customer experience by ensuring good handling of end-to-end customer buying journey from processing purchase orders, invoices, and delivery in coordination with related teams (from internal and external parties)
- Assisting in maintaining inventories, helping with ordering items from Suppliers based on approval
- Updating catalog of available products
Kualifikasi
- Holding Bachelor's degree, or undergraduate student in the final year of study
- Ready to learn from and work in a fast-paced startup company
- Committed to agreed internship working hours (paid per hour)
- Detail-oriented and able to work without supervision
- Proactive & Eager to le
