- Enhance procurement, inventory management, and logistics.
- Develop and enforce product and packing quality standards.
- Maintain adequate stock levels and minimize shortages.
- Manage product transportation and distribution.
- Identify and implement supply chain process improvements.
- Ensure vendor compliance with quality and delivery standards.
- Coordinate with finance, operations, and customer service teams.
- Track KPIs and report on supply chain performance.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in supply chain management with a focus on quality control and process improvement.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of inventory management software and systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organized and can perform well under pressure.
