Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Lead supply planning, inventory control, logistics, and fulfillment operations to ensure product availability and smooth material flow.
- Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, vendors, and 3PL partners for accurate order processing, timely shipping, and efficient replenishment.
- Monitor demand forecasts, vendor/3PL performance, and fulfillment SLAs to maintain optimal service quality and cost efficiency.
- Analyze supply chain and logistics data to identify bottlenecks and implement improvement initiatives.
- Resolve issues related to supplier delays, shipment discrepancies, and fulfillment accuracy.
- Collaborate with procurement, warehouse, operations, sales, and customer service teams to support seamless end-to-end processes.
- Prepare regular reports on inventory health, supply chain KPIs, and overall operational performance.
Kualifikasi
- Experience in e-commerce, FMCG, or retail fulfillment is a strong advantage
- Strong understanding of vendor management, order fulfillment, and logistics coordination
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
