Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Financial Planning: Develop and manage budgets and long-term financial plans for the supply chain and manufacturing site.
- Reporting: Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, providing insights to drive business performance improvements.
- Cost Control: Monitor production and supply chain costs, implementing strategies to reduce expenses while maintaining quality and operational effectiveness.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial regulations, corporate policies, and industry standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, procurement, and operations, to align financial strategies with business objectives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Previous experience in finance or accounting within a manufacturing or supply chain environment is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
- SAP experience is preferred but not essential.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
