Job Summary
Support Arysun’s import, logistics, and supply chain activities, especially resolving port and clearance bottlenecks to ensure timely delivery of materials for operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage import and shipping documents (BL/AWB, invoice, packing list, COO, HS code).
- Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and 3PL/logistics partners.
- Track shipment ETA, clearance progress, and resolve delays or port bottlenecks.
- Support supply planning, inventory flow, and replenishment to ensure product availability.
- Monitor vendor/3PL performance, order accuracy, and fulfillment timelines.
- Analyze supply chain and logistics data to identify issues and propose improvements.
- Resolve supplier delays, shipment discrepancies, and fulfillment accuracy problems.
- Collaborate with procurement, warehouse, operations, and sales to support end-to-end processes.
- Prepare regular reports on shipment status and inventory health
Kualifikasi
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or similar.
- 3 years’ experience in import logistics or supply chain operations.
- Solid understanding of Indonesia import regulations and port clearance processes.
- Experience working with freight forwarders and customs brokers.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficient in Excel/Sheets and basic reporting.
