Job Summary
Handle end-to-end import, logistics, and warehouse operations to ensure smooth material flow, accurate inventory, and timely delivery for Arysun’s projects.
Responsibilities
Supply Chain & Import
- Manage import documents (BL/AWB, invoice, packing list, HS code, etc.).
- Coordinate with suppliers, forwarders, customs brokers, and 3PL partners.
- Track shipment ETA and clearance status; resolve delays or bottlenecks.
- Support supply planning, replenishment, and inventory flow.
- Monitor vendor/3PL performance and order accuracy.
- Provide regular updates on shipment status and inventory levels.
Warehouse Operations
- Maintain accurate stock records (inbound, outbound, returns).
- Prepare inventory and delivery documentation.
- Coordinate deliveries to warehouse/project sites.
- Support procurement tasks (quotations, POs, invoice tracking).
- Handle customer payments and related admin, ensuring accuracy.
Kualifikasi
Requirements
- Diploma/Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.
- 1–3 years’ experience in supply chain, import logistics, or warehouse operations.
- Understanding of Indonesia import processes and logistics coordination.
- Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Excel/Sheets; high attention to detail.
- Willing to support operational/warehouse activities on site.
