Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Manage demand and supply planning to ensure product availability, optimize inventory, and support sales targets.
Demand Planning:
- Lead monthly demand forecasting with Sales, Marketing, and NPD teams
- Analyze sales data and market trends to create accurate forecasts
- Manage forecast accuracy to meet business targets
Supply Planning:
- Develop and execute supply plans to meet demand
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners for timely shipping
Data & Performance Management:
- Create and maintain reports for demand accuracy and service level
- Identify areas for improvement and drive process efficiency
Collaboration:
- Work with Finance, Marketing, NPD, Manufacturing, and Logistics to achieve business goals
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or Business.
- At least 5 years of experience in supply chain, purchasing, logistics, or retail/beauty; experience in e-commerce, FMCG, or fulfillment is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of demand forecasting, inventory control, vendor management, order fulfillment, and logistics.
- Proficient in Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Odoo, or similar).
- Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to meet deadlines.
