Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Melakukan Supervisi under team dan monitoring ketercapaian KPI organisasi yang dipimpin;
  • Melakukan Monitoring Performasi Operasional;
  • Melakukan coaching, counseling, motivasi, dan evaluasi kepada team;
  • Menentukan KPI, SLA Matriks Contact Center dan prosedur evaluasinya;
  • Membuat laporan mingguan, bulanan triwulan dan semester secara reguler dan melaporkan kepada user serta membuat laporan akhir;
  • Menjaga SOP yang berlaku diterapkan;
  • Melakukan penilaian, monitoring, evaluasi kinerja para team leader, & serta melakukan perbaikan;
  • Memastikan KPI Agent dan layanan tercapai;
  • Berkoordinasi dengan user untuk peningkatan mutu operasioanal dan manajemen layanan.

Kualifikasi

  • Pria/Wanita maksimal usia 35 tahun;
  • Minimal lulusan S1, semua jurusan. IPK min 2.75;
  • Pengalaman minimal 4 tahun sebagai Team Leader/Quality Assurance/Supervisor;
  • Memiliki jiwa leadership dan countinous improvement;
  • Memiliki kemampuan berpikir kritis dan problem solving;
  • Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik;
  • Kemampuan melakukan coaching, counseling, motivasi, dan evaluasi kepada team;
  • Bisa berbahasa Inggris, menjadi nilai tambah;
  • Pengetahuan mengenai KPI, SLA Matriks Contact Center dan prosedur evaluasinya;
  • Memiliki pengalaman membuat laporan dengan Ms. Excel (pivot, Vlookup);
  • Pengetahuan mengenai SOP Call Center;
  • Bersedia bekerja shifting dan di bawah tekanan.
