Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Responsible :
- Manage and monitor the network operations to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of services
- Responsible to assist an effective and efficient communications between local employees and foreign employees who needs translation both verbal and written.
- Maintain relationship with Franchise agent's
- Responsible for managing Franchise agent's area, helping organize related teamwork tasks, and tracking team members' work efficiency.
Kualifikasi
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree or Master Degree
- Proficiency in Mandarin (both spoken and written) is essential
- At least has 1 year of working experience (as translator is preferred)
- Proven experience in network management or a similar role
- Experience in the Logistics or Transportation Industry is preferred
- Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to manage and motivate a team
- Be a motivated team player and able to work in a fast paced
- Strategic thinking and problem solving mindset
- Willing to be placed in Pluit, North Jakarta
- Willing to travel as required for Work (for visit Franchise Agent)
