As A Supervisor Merchandiser, You Will:
- Analyze and oversee operational activities of Merchandisers (MD) in the field to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Prepare and maintain reports on the 5P’s (Product, Placement, Price, Promotion, and People) performance in the assigned area.
- Develop strategies and optimize processes for General Trade (GT) channel operations.
- Track and manage data related to rental agreements and assets in the area.
- Supervise and manage manpower in the field to ensure tasks and goals are met efficiently.
Kualifikasi
- Prior experiences in Sales or Merchandising, preferably in Beauty Industry.
- Strong operational management skills with proven experience in field supervision.
- Proficiency in data analysis and report preparation.
- Experience in handling and managing manpower in an operational setting.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia, with English proficiency being an advantage.
- Analytical thinker with the ability to develop strategies and solve problems.
- Willing to work from the office (WFO) in South Jakarta and conduct field visits as required.
