Market Research & Analysis : Conduct market research to identify trend, customer needs, competitive landscape
Marketing Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive marketing plans aligned with the company's goal and objectives
Campaign Management: Plan, Develop, and execute marketing campaign across various channels (digital, print, social media, etc)
Content Creation & Management: Create compelling marketing content, including brochures, newsletters, social media posts, blogs, and website content
Digital Marketing: Develop and manage digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, Email marketing and socmed marketing
Customer Engagement and Retention: Develop and implement strategies to improve customer engagement and satisfaction
Sales Support: Organize and manage events such as health fairs, seminars, webinars, and conferences
Brand Management: Maintain and enhance the company's brand image and reputation
Brand Management: Maintain and enhance the company's brand image and reputation

Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, communication, or related field
Advanced degree or certifications in marketing or healthcare marketing is a plus
Experience with digital marketing tool and platforms
3 years experience in marketing, preferably in the healthcare or insurance industry
Excellent in written and verbal communication skill, with proven content creation skill
Proven proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g. CRM system, analytics tools, social media platforms, canva, photoshop)
Exprience in event management will be a plus
