Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Develop and execute KOL marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
Identify, evaluate, and manage KOL partnerships based on performance, audience quality, and business objectives.
Negotiate collaboration terms, campaign deliverables, pricing, and long-term partnerships with KOLs and agencies.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance using relevant metrics to optimize ROI and improve future campaigns.
Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient allocation of KOL marketing investments.
Stay up to date with social media trends, emerging creators, platform updates, and competitor activities.
Collaborate closely with Creative, Content, Social Media, and Digital Marketing teams to maximize campaign performance.
Prepare performance reports and provide strategic recommendations based on campaign insights.
Lead, coach, and develop the KOL team while ensuring operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Kualifikasi

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in KOL Marketing, Influencer Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related roles.
Strong understanding of influencer marketing performance metrics, social media analytics, and ROI measurement.
Proven experience negotiating partnerships, campaign budgets, and commercial agreements with KOLs or agencies.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and campaign reporting.
Familiar with TikTok Affiliate Center, Instagram Insights, and other digital marketing analytics tools.
Excellent project management, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Passionate about social media trends, content strategy, and performance-driven marketing
