Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Contribute to business planning, performance monitoring, and strategic analysis initiatives
- Conduct cost evaluation, financial analysis, and drive operational improvement initiatives
- Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic and improvement projects
- Develop analytical reports and strategic insights to support management decision-making
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Costing/Finance/Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
- Fluent in English is must
- High learning agility and strong interest in business and strategic analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Good communication skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Fresh graduates or early-career professionals are encouraged to apply
- Demonstrates strong awareness of Health, Safety, and Work Environment (HSWE) as a top priority
- Willing to be placed in Serpong, South Tangerang
