Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Supervise Strategic Planner Team
- Research and develop consumer digital behavior insight and trends;
- Synthesize and analyze, write & present useful key findings to elaborate insights and recommendations to drive impactful digital marketing strategy;
- Ignite the generation of creative digital ideation, in order to deliver planning at both future implementation and strategic levels;
- Maintain a summary and analysis of all digital campaigns and stimulate further improved digital marketing strategies;
- Provide ongoing updates to the team on digital industry trends, issues, and best practices for relevant objectives;
- Provide assistance when in need and work proactively without being asked and under a tight schedule;
- Proactively involved in continuous improvement both for personal improvement and the Company's improvement through sharing, brainstorming or giving input to the Company.
Kualifikasi
- Min. 5 years of work experience as Strategic Planner or related positions in Digital Agency
- Have min. 2 managerial level experience in strategic planning or related fields
- Passionate in Digital Marketing, Advertising & Social Media
- Good problem solver & always up to date with the current trend
- Tech-savvy & English skill is a must
- Willing to work in Mampang, Jakarta Selatan area
