Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Assist in developing company strategies by designing and implementing approaches, conducting research on strategic topics, performing strategy analysis and reporting, aligning resources with goals, and supporting strategic initiative execution.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree Economics/ Finance/ Management or related major.
- More than 5 years' experience in the same position.
- Knowledgeable with business research, business process mapping and analysis
- Strong financial modeling skills and proficient in developing effective presentation pack.
- Excellent in Microsoft Excel and Power Point (Data Analysis Consolidation and Reporting).
- Good project management skill to manage and prioritize multiple complex projects.
- Demonstrable strategic thinking abilities.
- Good in presenting and interacting with all levels of the organization including senior leadership
- Effective communication skills in both written & spoken English to work within cross-functional teams.
