Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a retail supervisory or management role.
- Proven ability in Inventory Management and Loss Prevention.
- Demonstrated skills in Team Leadership and Staff Training and Development.
- Excellent Customer Service Excellence and Conflict Resolution abilities.
- Proficiency with Point of Sale (POS) Systems and Sales Performance Monitoring.
- Experience in Merchandising and Visual Display.
- Strong understanding of Operational Efficiency in a retail setting.
