Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Handling store operational across Indonesia, from logistic, store stocks, training, and cost & expenditure
- Making sure the stores appearance are up to standards
- Creating SOP for all store across Indonesia
- Training and developing store SPG/SPB
- Keeping track of stock across stores and making sure there is no overstock or stock shortage
- Make sure every store achieve sales target
Kualifikasi
- Having experience handling at least 20 stores across Indonesia
- Proven experience at stock keeping
- Having experience at offline retail/FMCG company
- Having good communication with superiors and subordinates
- Good at Ms Excel
