Deskripsi Pekerjaan
To ensure our goals, the essential function of this position:
Drive the Sales & Increasing Commercial Margin
- Daily, weekly and monthly action plan to deliver the expected sales result
- Maximize profitability trough plans, budgets and cost follow up
- Analyze sales person & Execute the main sales initiative of the brand
Achieve High Quality Service Standards
- Work with team to give the best for customer to provide Excellence Service experience
- Maintain service satisfaction level
Maintain Excellence Retail Standards
- Ensure all of company SOPs are implemented well in store
- Perform & supervise store opening, closing procedure
- Ensure visual merchandising are implemented base on standard
Maintain Storage & Inventory
- Manages and ensure stock level base on standard
- Maintain shrinkage & monthly stock take routine to ensure inventory accuracy
Maintain Asset
- Create & propose schedule of assets maintenance
- Maintain Fixtures & Furniture within store and keep neatly & tidy at all time
Team Leadership
- Provide continuous learning to all team member on selling skills, product knowledge, Customer Service etc. to ensure highest level of competency
- Manages and execute recruiting process for front liner & staff back office at store
- Improve staff work standard & attitude leading to positive & dynamic
Kualifikasi
We believe you are a sales minded, open, communicative, optimism, team player and ambitious, your personal qualities also include :
- At least 5 years hands on experience in managing store with at least 40 employee reporting to you
- Have strong drive and act on your initiative without being promoted
- Have good personality, good response & analytical thinking
- Excellent in PDCA and have ability to multi-task within a fast pace environment
- Have a strong leadership skills to manage Big Team
- Energic & Interesting with New Challenge
- Willing to be placed at store around East Java Province
