Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Ensuring sales assistant team and cashier to follow SOP.
  • Managing staff shift schedule, developing staff skills, and evaluating staff work performance.
  • Making sales report and sales planning.
  • Ensuring promotion activities according to SOP.
  • Ensuring security of store, staff, and customers.
  • Making sure the store, stockroom, and store equipment is clean and representable.
  • Organizing and maintaining product display and products according to SOP.
  • Understand product knowledge and able to communicate it to customers effectively.
  • Identifying market trend in our target market.
  • Analyzing sales report, customer traffic, and store promo.

Kualifikasi

  • Preferably Supervisor at least 3 year(s) of working experience in retail industry, especially in fashion.
  • Age 26 - 35 years old.
  • Required skill(s): English (min. passive), Leadership, and Managing.
  • Have an understanding about KPI's Metrics.
  • Detail and target oriented.
  • Willing to be placed in Central Jakarta

Success in this role means meeting these goals:

  • Lead the sales assistant and cashier teams to consistently follow SOPs, ensuring smooth and efficient store operations.
  • Manage staff scheduling, provide training, and evaluate performance to build a skilled and motivated team.
  • Analyze sales reports, customer traffic, and promotions to develop effective sales strategies and improve store performance.
  • Ensure the store, stockroom, and equipment remain clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
  • Organize and maintain product displays in accordance with SOPs, ensuring products are well-stocked and presented attractively.
