Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Responsibility:
- Perform end to end store management
- Perform sales plan and profit target
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Service excellent
- Guided, empowered, supervised, monitored , evaluated and appreciated teams.
Kualifikasi
Requirement:
- Min. Diploma, Bachelor Degree or equivalent
- Min. 5 years experience in Retail Industry (Automotive Industry, Authorized Dealer or Tire Store are preferred)
- Experienced in store management
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, negotiations and problem-solving skill
- Customer centicity
- Sales strategy
- Strong leadership
- Driving License : A
Policy:
- 6 working days/ week
- 2 Shift/ days (8:00 – 16.00 and 13.00 – 21.00)
- Placement as needed (Jabodetabek)
- Additional National Holiday
