Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Increase sales store, such as promotions, discount programs, etc.
  • Supervise the petty cash flow or sales daily income so that it remains accurate and avoids administrative errors.
  • Supervise the use of store operational costs to be effective and efficient.
  • Carry out inventory/stock control so that the stock between system and physical data remains accurate and the quality is well maintained.
  • Manage daily store operational processes both in terms of human resources and systems so that they are carried out properly in accordance with the procedures that have been established by the company.
  • Ensuring the cleanliness of the store is carried out properly to achieve an optimal level of customer satisfaction.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree with min GPA 2.8 (preferably from Hospitality/Tourism/Culinary majors)
  • Good leadership, communication & analysis skills.
  • Energetic & entusiasm.
  • Have passion in Food & Beverages field.
  • Ready to work with shifting system, work on weekends & holidays.
  • Willing to be placed in F&B stores throughout Indonesia.
