Placement : Jakarta / Cibubur / Batam/ Bandung
What You’ll Do:
- Achieve monthly sales and profit targets.
- Monitor performance, analyze data, and implement improvement strategies.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle feedback professionally.
- Oversee store operations, inventory, and maintenance.
- Maintain attractive visual displays that reflect KKV’s trendy and youthful style.
- Recruit, train, and motivate your team to reach their goals.
Kualifikasi
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in any major.
- Fluent in English is a Must
- 3–5 years of experience in retail store management; experience in new store setup is a plus.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing profitability.
- Strong analytical , problem-solving skills, excellent planning and leadership abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with staff, customers, and stakeholders.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Open to relocation (domestic or international)
