- Ensure all operational activities and SOP run well, from the quality of service and the quality of the menus served to the cleanliness and tidiness of the entire outlet area during operational activities
- Responsible for the quality of work performance of all outlet employees, both from technical aspects (product knowledge, skill mastery, SOP implementation, etc.) and from non-technical aspects (motivation, discipline, excellent service, etc.)
- Responsible for monitoring and controlling COGS
- Responsible for organizing sales strategies with the aim of maintaining and/or increasing sales value, as well as making sales reports
- Ensure customer satisfaction with all aspects of the restaurant and dining experience
- Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
- Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
- Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices
- Manages inventory and purchases food and supplies
- Creates reports on daily, weekly, monthly, and annual restaurant operations
Kualifikasi
- Age max 35 years old.
- Min bachelor degree majoring hospitality
- Experience min. 3 years in the same position.
- Have strong leadership, good personality, good analytical skill, initiative, communicative and high of loyality.
- able to worked under pressure and familiar with the target system.
- Having good communication skill, and also willingness to work as a team.
- Fluent in English will be an advantage.
- Willingness to work on weekends and public holiday.
