You will be involved in managing marketing-operational needs of our client, Havanna Family Reflexology.
Havanna Family Reflexology is a family reflexology founded in 2016. Currently, it has 7 outlets spread across East Java & Tangerang: 4 outlets in Surabaya, 1 outlet in Sidoarjo, 1 outlet in Malang, and 1 outlet in Gading Serpong. With years of experience, Havanna has always been committed to providing the best service and personal care so that customers can experience their wholesome rest.

Responsibilities:
- Translate marketing strategies into effective communication across various channels.
- Manage promotional communication channels (WhatsApp, social media, offline media, etc.).
- Develop visual and copywriting briefs for campaign needs.
- Plan and manage promotion, loyalty, and customer retention programs.
- Collaborate with outlets and operations teams to ensure campaign execution.
- Build relationships with local media, promotional vendors, and communities.
- Evaluate campaign performance and provide regular reports.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the premium service industry.
- Skilled in copywriting, digital media channels, and offline campaigns.
- Comfortable working with creative teams and field execution.
- Strategic thinker with strong execution skills.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and sensitive to brand identity.
