Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Create, prepare, and enhance menus for partner stalls and coffee corners to align with program targets.
Conduct regular assessments and improvements to ensure menu items meet quality and standardization requirements.
Stay informed about culinary trends, customer preferences, and industry developments to introduce innovative menu items.
Implement menu changes based on customer feedback and performance analysis.
Train and communicate with stall and coffee corner teams regarding menu updates and changes.
Monitor the performance of menu items and propose adjustments for better sales and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the operations team to implement changes seamlessly.

Kualifikasi

Minimum 2 years of experience in Research and Development (R&D), Business Development, and Strategic Planning.
Previous employment in the Food and Beverage (F&B), Franchise, and Distribution industries.
Ability to identify trends and understand processes and requirements for creating new products.
Creativity, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
Knowledge of flavors in food and beverages, along with an extensive network in the F&B industry.
