Role Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Stakeholder Engagement Support professional to join our team on a contract basis. You will be the bridge between our organization and key external partners, ensuring smooth communication and fostering long-term collaborations. This is an on-site position based at our main office, requiring a hands-on approach to relationship management and project coordination.
Responsibilities: Act as a primary point of contact for project stakeholders, managing inquiries and providing timely updates. Organize and facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and networking events to promote project goals. Deliver compelling presentations to diverse audiences to communicate project value and progress. Identify and cultivate new networking opportunities to expand the organization's reach. Maintain accurate records of stakeholder interactions and feedback to inform project strategy. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure stakeholder expectations are aligned with project deliverables.

Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-3 years of professional experience in stakeholder engagement, public relations, or a similar field.
- Exceptional networking skills with a proven ability to build rapport with higher level stakeholder.
- Advanced public speaking and presentation skills, capable of engaging and influencing audiences.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work full-time on-site at our office location for the duration of the contract.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple project priorities with high attention to detail.
