Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Process purchase orders and follow up with suppliers on deliveries.
- Request quotations and assist in vendor sourcing.
- Maintain purchasing documents and supplier data.
- Coordinate with Warehouse and Finance regarding stock and payments.
- Support daily purchasing administration and reporting.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in purchasing.
- Basic understanding of purchasing processes in FMCG/manufacturing.
- Proficient in Excel/Spreadsheets.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and fast responsive.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
