Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Menangani proses operasional import express shipment melalui PJT, mulai dari arrival, manifest, customs clearance hingga delivery.
- Melakukan pengecekan kelengkapan dan kesesuaian dokumen shipment.
- Melakukan monitoring status shipment dan follow-up shipment pending.
- Berkoordinasi dengan Bea Cukai, PPJK, warehouse, customer service, vendor, dan pihak internal terkait proses customs clearance.
- Menyusun laporan operasional serta memastikan proses berjalan sesuai SLA dan ketentuan kepabeanan.
Kualifikasi
- Minimal D3/S1 jurusan Logistik, Manajemen, Administrasi Bisnis, Kepabeanan, Transportasi, atau bidang terkait.
- Minimal 1 tahun pengalaman di bidang import express, courier, freight forwarding, customs clearance, warehouse, atau operasional logistik.
- Memahami dokumen shipment seperti AWB/resi, invoice, packing list, data consignee, dan dokumen pendukung lainnya.
- Memahami dasar CN/PIBK, HS Code, bea masuk, pajak impor, serta barang Larangan dan Pembatasan (Lartas).
- Memiliki kemampuan administrasi, koordinasi, monitoring, dan follow-up yang baik
